We undertake a number of procedures prior to starting personal training such as a Functional Movement Screen to asses movement patterns, body composition analysis, as well as nutritional consultations and individual specific diet plans. This can range from general advice all the way to a day by day diet including a macro-nutrient breakdown for each meal, pre/post workout training and rest days.

If you are currently involved in a sport we can generate a programme that is specific to that sport to make you stronger faster and more resilient to injury.

we can monitor and asses your fitness on an ongoing basis whenever you choose or periodically as part of your training programme.

To help you create your PT sessions or continue your training with the use of the gym, we can also include the use of any of the classes you would like to try.

FAQS

No, there is no gym necessary. All my programs incorporate gym, home gym equipment or bodyweight exercises with no equipment at all needed.
Everything you need is in the palm of your hands. The coaching material, habit reminders, exercise programs, results tracking and so much more is delivered to your phone or smart device on a daily schedule via my app.
No you don't need a Facebook account to sign up, although it would be hugely beneficial. Within the Facebook group there is no much extra support, information and interaction with me and other members. In short I believe it is where the magic happens and the glue is created to help you stick to your goals. I have members who have created a Facebook account for the sole purpose of using my Facebook group. This is also an option for you if you do not wish to fully go on Facebook but would like the benefits of what my Facebook group brings you.
Unfortunately not, there is no refund policy due to it being a monthly subscription. There is no contract or tie in so you are free to leave whenever you like. However I would suggest cancelling your subscription a couple days before your billing cycle.
You will be sent an email which you guide you through the sign up process. From time to time the email can end up your junk folder so please check there if you have not received the email in your main inbox. 
I hear you, this is why you don't have to do any exercise programs at all. If you can walk a minimum of 10 mins - that is enough to get you started. And don't tell anyone because it's a secret....you don't have to vigorously exercise to achieve your goals!
