Wake up at least 30 minutes earlier than normal and:
1). DO NOT watch news or open your social media. Use this extra time to
a). Journal– Write some things you are grateful for, your goals and thoughts.
b). Breathe- Take 3-5 minutes and simply breath deep, smile and allow thoughts to flow through your mind
c). Stretch- Wake your body up gently
d). Drink Water- Before your coffee, simply drink at least 8oz of water.

Exercise is nothing more than movement. if you move more today than you did yesterday, you will get stronger.
If you have an exercise program- stick with it, but consider changing things up if you haven’t in a while. Your body easily adapts and therefore needs different movements to stimulate new growth.
It’s very simple to alter your program. slow down, speed up, change the angle, the tempo. any alteration basically changes the routine.
BEGINNER– Follow The 3 Moves 3 Minutes routines. Change them up, add them together, challenge yourself each day but be careful and stay within your limitations. “Do What You Can the Best You Can”
INTERMEDIATE- Follow the exercises in The programme. Mix them up, add them together. Change the total sets, reps and rest periods.
Example: Choose 3-4 of the exercises in programme. Do One to Three Rounds for 45 Seconds each exercise. Rest 90 Seconds between sets.
As you progress change the exercises and the work periods to 60
seconds and the rest periods to 60 seconds.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT– 15 Minutes of exercise (weights, bodyweight exercises) and 30 Minutes of cardio. Treadmill, stepper, walking, whatever you can sustain for 45 Minutes. ONE DAY OFF
